The Classic Negroni is the one that started it all. When Count Negroni asked the barman in Florence to swap out soda and instead use Gin, he created a truly timeless cocktail. Try swapping the cocktail recipe below with different Gin and Vermouth types to find the best taste for yourself.
Ingredients
1. Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
2. Pour the Negroni into a glass filled with large ice cubes.
